German Radio Amateur Station DJ7OH: This is my central hobby since 1959. But at the moment more time is invested for this homepage and dependig activities.

Informations for ICs and for other Semiconductor Devices: During my professional activity I was collecting datasheets. Now I'm helping for the Identification of unknown devices, selecting datas from datasheets and databooks, and making copies or scans of very old datasheets, all for free.

This presentation has german text with english introduction. The images and circuit diagrams are more important than the text and are mostly explained by itselves.

Frequently asked datasheets: For some types there are full data using the language of the datasheet. Extracts, summaries, interpretations and declarations are in german language only.
Moreover I collect the email answers if I think it is interesting for others. Mostly in english language.
